Agreement to terms

By using Wander Puerto Rico, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the changes.

About this site

Wander Puerto Rico is operated by Claduta Corp. The site is a tour-discovery platform — it indexes verified local Puerto Rico tour operators and links travelers to those operators' booking pages. Wander Puerto Rico is funded through affiliate commissions on completed bookings; the model is explained in detail under "Affiliate Disclosure" below.

How bookings work

Wander Puerto Rico does not book tours directly. When you click "Check Availability" on a tour listing, you are sent to the operator's booking page (powered by FareHarbor). At that point:

• The operator's own terms and conditions apply to your reservation
• The operator collects your payment and contact details
• The operator confirms your booking and issues any tickets or vouchers
• Wander Puerto Rico is not part of the booking contract between you and the operator

Affiliate disclosure

Wander Puerto Rico earns commissions on tour bookings completed through FareHarbor's affiliate program. The affiliate code walktheplankadventures appears in every booking URL on the site. This code routes commissions through a partner LLC arrangement; this does not affect the price you pay — operators set their rates independently of the commission.

We tell you this upfront because we believe travelers deserve to know how the sites they use stay in business.

Amazon Associates disclosure

Where Amazon product links appear on Wander Puerto Rico (occasionally in blog content, packing guides, and similar), the site is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. If you click an Amazon link and make a purchase, Wander Puerto Rico may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Accuracy of tour information

Tour details — descriptions, prices, photos, schedules, availability, ratings — are provided by FareHarbor and the individual operators. Wander Puerto Rico indexes this information but does not independently verify each tour's accuracy. Prices can change. Availability changes constantly. The operator's booking page is always the authoritative source.

Age requirement

To book a tour through the operators we link to, you must be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian with you who is 18+). Individual operators may have additional age, height, or fitness requirements for specific activities — always check the operator's booking page before reserving.

Refunds, cancellations, weather changes

Refunds and cancellations are handled by the individual operator according to their own policy. Wander Puerto Rico does not process refunds because we don't collect payment. If a tour is cancelled due to weather, mechanical issues, or other operator decisions, the operator is responsible for the refund or rebooking — contact them directly.

Intellectual property

The Wander Puerto Rico site design, copy written by us, and original photography are owned by Claduta Corp. Tour images and descriptions sourced from operators remain the property of those operators or FareHarbor. You may not scrape, duplicate, or republish site content without permission.

Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, bot access, or load testing without written permission
• No attempts to compromise the site, its infrastructure, or other visitors
• No use of the site for unlawful purposes

Limitation of liability

Wander Puerto Rico provides information about tours; it does not operate those tours. The site is not liable for:

• The conduct, safety record, or service quality of any operator
• Injuries, losses, or damages incurred during a tour
• Weather, mechanical failures, missed connections, or other tour disruptions
• Errors or omissions in tour information sourced from operators

Your relationship is with the operator, not with Wander Puerto Rico.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where Claduta Corp is organized. Any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page for a reasonable period after the update.
