The founders

Carlos Castro and Yolanda Ramos, marine biologists

The About page names co-founders Carlos Castro and Yolanda Ramos, both with coastal marine biology degrees from the University of Puerto Rico at Humacao and more than ten years in eco-adventure. The crew page lists Carlos (marine biologist, dive instructor), Yolanda (marine biologist) and Javier (marine biologist). No founding year is published.

The fleet is the company's own: Fish Tank, a 2015 Newton 51-foot power boat, and Ballyhoo, a 2018 Twin Vee 36-foot catamaran for private groups of up to six. Across 3,075 reviews the complaints are a small minority: thin snorkel instruction, dead coral at some sites and briefing gaps on urchins and reef contact.
