It publishes no founder story. Tripadvisor names Hector as the operator in its listing summary; we do not state a title for him.
Tripadvisor lists Akheem and William as tour guides and Josh and Luis as snorkeling instructors. The operator says its guides are trained in snorkeling safety, CPR and first aid, and calls its vessels Coast Guard approved; we found no license number to confirm that. It also rents snorkel gear, kayaks, paddleboards, GoPros and beach chairs.
