The founders
The About page names Percy Rier and Dalberto Arce as founders and directors. It says the company began in 2007, won a Puerto Rico Tourism Company Quality and Excellence Award in 2008, added the Culebra Aquafari in 2009 and the mini boats in 2010. The homepage says “since 2001”; we go with the About page.
Guides are described as eco-interpretive, lifeguard and CPR certified. Reviewers name Noel, Jamil and Capt. Jim; the recurring complaints in 4,000-plus reviews are late guides, meeting-point confusion and leaky snorkel masks.
