The company names no owner on its site and publishes no founding year; its earliest Tripadvisor review is from February 2021. Reviewers name Captains Angel, Jon, Jamil and Oscar and mates Mateo, Chu and Adriana, without titles.
The fleet per the tours page: a 22-foot Angler for half days, a 27-foot Stama and a 30-foot Whaler for half and full days, each up to six guests, with two boats combinable for groups up to twelve. Across 606 reviews we found no complaints; the one practical note is that the boats cannot beach, so guests swim or wade to shore.

Four hours, 8:30 to 12:30 or 1:30 to 5:30, private for up to six, to Icacos or Palomino. Guided snorkeling with gear, a floating mat, music, sodas, water, snacks, fruit, a light lunch, a case of Medalla and rum are included, per the tours page. Full days add a BBQ and reach Culebra, Culebrita, Vieques and Punta Arena.
