The company

A fleet since 1994

The operator says it has run since 1994, calls itself the leading marine excursion provider in Puerto Rico, and says its vessels operate with approval from the US Coast Guard and Puerto Rico agencies. It publishes no owner, captain or staff names, so we list none. It also says it is a Blue Flag operator, an environmental program run by the Foundation for Environmental Education; we have not confirmed that independently.

Boats named on the site include the Zatara sailing catamaran, the Eco Isleño and Ocean Ray power catamarans and the Bellaventuras sailing catamaran. Per-boat specs are not published. Tripadvisor shows a 2026 Travelers' Choice badge.

“The leading marine excursion provider in Puerto Rico.”
East Island Excursions, on its About page

The operator publishes no staff list; it says its crews are bilingual and experienced.
